The teacher followed the instructions of the manual since they allowed an easy implementation of the activity. The group was composed by 8 students, so the implementation didn’t need further support.
How did the teachers implement the activity?
Teachers appreciated this activity, since it made everyone to “look inside” and think about specific emotions, a process which is used very little or not at all on a daily basis.
How did students react to the activity?
Students liked the activity, since it provided them a space to speak out and release the pressure that negative emotions caused in them.
